Transfer windows installation to bigger HD?

    Ok, so what I want to do is move a windows installation (including all installed programs, files etc) from a 20 gb HD to a 200gb HD.
    What do you recommend? Will Norton Ghost do this for me?

    I don't want to reinstall windows again, as I recently did this.
