Ok, that's a very serious issue. Do you, or your friend think that an internet vbulletin is the place to get legal advice on that sort of issue? If you do, then consider this: THE INTERNET IS FULL OF SICKOS AND MUPPETS. Anyone could say anything, and if you acted on that advice, you'd be doing yourself and your friend a huge disservice. Read the charter and please NEVER look for professional legal advice on the internet. PM sent.
