EPG Channel Numbers

It appears the EPG channel numbers have all been moved about, at least mine have. BBC1 and 2 are now 143 and 144 with no introduction of BBC3 or 4. All the gaps have been removed and the radio stations now begin with "0", 0143 etc...just when I had all the radio station numbers learned off.

it was Sky's much publicised changes to the EPG. i think they made a balls of it, but thats just my opinion

Just saw this is covered in another thread, first I've heard of it! But yeah, it's not very good. Discovery channels are still out in limbo etc

Would have to agree with you there.

The ideas were good, but some channels seem totally out of place, not to mention the prodigal UKTV and various +1 channels which are strayed from their parent channels.

Thank God for the new Favourites EPG though I'd like to add more than 50!

i had learned all my favourite radio channel numbers off by heart, as i have the digibox hooked up to a stereo (i.e. no TV) and use it for Irish & English radio

unbeknown to the epg change, last night i typed in 910 for Radio 1 and "hot and horny" women started screaming out of my stereo :D

i think i'll have to get an FTA receiver
