smart telecoms latency

    hi,how is the latency on their 3mb dsl product?
    could you plz ping this site for me:nad-diag.online.scee.com
    what modem/router do they provide?

    Latency isn't really a problem - although some people on the Letterkenny exchange seem to be having speed issues.

    Router they give free is an Aolynk DR814, or you can buy a wireless version of it for €140 extra. Both are an ADSL2+ modem and router - with the wired one, you can hook up 4 PCs to it at the same time

    That's from my Smart connection.

    How do you change the interleaving? Do I have to ask Customer Services or can this be changed in the router config?

    As TimTim says, the Smart support forum is the place to go. You'd probably be best off PMing "Colm" over there - he's usually fairly quick to get things done! :)
