How can I check if I am getting the correct TRS relief on my mortgage? I expected that the relief would increase with the increase in interest rates. Is there any online calculator or something similar?

True but the Revenue are cute too and cap most reliefs such as this one to a maxmimum limit.

In 2005 the limits are as follows: Please check as the memory is not what it use to be:

These figure are the max @ standard rate ok

    Single Person - 1st Time Buyers €4000 - Other €2540.

    Married/Widowed - 1st Time Buyers €8000 - Other €5080.

I am guessing you are not seeing a rise due to the fact that you maybe at or above the limit as it is.

    I hope that helps.
