None that I can think of, or which google provides a quick direction to...
You'll have to convert to an intermediate format (.avi, etc) then convert the result to .swf (If you must)

the easy and lazy way is to upload video's to youtube.com

they convert everything to flash. though there's a logo and little play/pause type button underneath too

are you talking about saving the flash file from bebo?

look for a thread called "how do you find the swf of a file". i explained to someone how to do it.

    edit: http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054895023&page=2&highlight=find+swf+file

only read page 2. page 1 kind of rambled a bit

No what i mean is, if i upload a video to www.youtube.com do they convert it to flash or do you have to have it in SWF format already? i just remembered that you have to give the URL for the flashbox for your bebo so it dosn't matter if i have the video on my computer cause it has to be on the net somewhere. so forget about me wanting to save a file.

so basically, what is the best option for this? at the moment the video's on youtube.com are not being accepted for a flash box cause there not valid SWF urls's or something. any help?

as far as i know, youtube does convert them to swf. the girl i was helping the other day definitely didn't convert anything anyway and the videos i helped her with were swf. the videos on youtube are definitely accepted because i had a youtube video playing on my profile the other day to test it. you have to go into the source code of the page to get the url for it. read my thread about it the other day and if you get stuck gimme a shout
