Thinking of buying the Tokina 12-24mm f/4 wide-angle for my D70. Just can't get as wide as I'd like for landscapes, architectue sometimes with the 18-70 lens. Anyone have any experience with the Tokina? The Sigma 10-20 is also an option I guess, but I've heard the Tokina is the best wide-angle after the Nikkor 12-24.

I have the Sigma 10-20 and am more than happy with it. What shop is selling Tokina in Ireland?

Mayshine thanks, I came across that myself, I was just wondering if anyone here had any opinions to add, I remember reading some other comparision before that recommended the sigma 10-20 instead.

qwertz I'll buy it on ebay if I decide to get it, should get one for around 400 euro if i'm lucky, there doesn't seem to be as many of the sigma 10-20s on there and they're more expensive - around 500 quid
