My cous was signing and attending uni at the same time, but they found out & cut him off today. What are the consequences? Will he be prosecuted? I know, stupid thing to do. Whats the worst could happen to him?

He'll probably have to pay back all/some of the money he claimed when he wasn't entitled to it.

i doubt anything will happen, people abuse social welfare so much that they probably dont even bother. i know a guy who was claiming rent support which he wasnt entitled to and nothing came of it.

I'd very much doubt it, unless he refuses to pay if requested to pay back.
