DTT PVRs have been out now for quite a while in Britain and Northern Ireland. A DTT PCI card is the cheapest way albeit with a single tuner except for the one Watty has mentioned.

It's now possible to get a single tuner DTT PVR in the UK now for less than £100 and a dual-tuner for £130 in the budget range.
