Do we still have a Riot Damages Act in this country ?

I think that we got rid of the Malicious Injuries Act sometime back in the 1980s.

I am just thinking about the grounds on which people can seek redress after Saturday's events

The Malicious Injuries Act 1981 is still in place. Part II covers riots and damages arising therefrom.
