PS2 Problem

A friend of me has a problem with his PS2. Over the last few days there has been problems with the colour while playing games e.g. the text on the start up screen which should be White is now showing up as Green. He has tried playing DVDs & CDs and the colour is fine. I took a look at it today but could find nothing wrong.…

Check the lead that connects the ps2 to the tv. At the end of the lead nearest the ps2 there should be a switch on it and writing that says "Game & DVD"
Move switch to opposite setting.
