Hi everyone. I've been a Vegetarian pretty much half my life but recently I've decided to try being a Vegan for a while...I want to cut out dairy for a little while to help with my diet (I have sinus problems so want to give this a try) I'm getting on okay with Soya milk etc but just wondering what is the best way to get certain vitamins and protein now that I don't have dairy. Thanks.

I would suggest you look at some health sites like http://www.veganhealth.org/ etc.
It's quite like vegetarianism, when becoming vegetarian I'm sure you looked at lists of what foods have what benifits and whatnot like those in the general info sticky here. I suppose if you look at the list of foods that have a certain thing, like protein and just cross off the ones that aren't vegan that would do you.
I would also look at some of the better recipe sites and see what meals have the things you will be needing after making the step to veganism.
