Hi, I'm looking to buy Steven R. Covey - The 7 Habbits of Highly Effective People, where would be the best place to look for it cheap?

I always try eBay if I'm looking for a book.
There have loads of "Buy It Now" bookshops selling new books.
    G'luck

I usually look around play.com(Usually a few Euro cheaper than an offline bookshop) or Amazon.co.uk(And 3rd party sellers. Usually not worth it IMHO because of shipping). I'd only buy from eBay if I wasn't in any sort of a hurry & couldn't find it elsewhere - but it is usually the cheapest.
