Was playing in a 1/2$ NL cash game last night when i got involved in a large pot with another player. We both had stacks at about $450 when i was dealt AsKs in Early position.I led for 4*bb and he called. The board came rags so i bet out at it to which he flat called.

The board paired on the turn and i bet out the pot again and this time he reraised and i knew i was well behind at this stage so of course i should fold but......
    Now board is 2 5 7 2

As i was playing 2 tables at a time i clicked the fold button on other table which slightly overlapped the Raise Any button on the table in question. Now with him having reraised me $68 i immediately came back over with $136 by MISTAKE and he thought long and hard and folded and said he laid TT and figured me for an overpair.

Put yourself in his position and ask yourself would you fold TT to my bet.I know its easy to say Never and he's a fish but considering my image was uber Tight its very hard.

It got me thinking how many times i've laid the best hand online to a reraise that was probably a mistake!!!! I know everyone one of us has pressed wrong button when multi tabling at some point and Min raise pre flop.

2 hands later i limp with AA and flopped Nut Set on same guys BB i let him hit something before coming over the top and he's convinced that he has the best hand and he reraises All in and i'm like cursing Ladbrokes for making me wait .05 secs for the call button to appear.

He turns over a set of 5's and i'm Dancing Ted Danson. Now this guy was a rock before these two hands and my previous mistake drove him to empty his complete bankroll.I actually for the 1st time in my life felt bad about cleaning someone out!!

Just wondering if anyone else has been involved in a similar situation!!
Sorry about the long post...Its this or go to a lecture and well need i go on....

lol....the other day I was involved with a big pot in a STT. I was sure the river brought me top straight and went all in. Just as I pressed the button I realised all I had was bottom pair. He folded and later told me he had a set.

I never told him my mistake.

Not many. Also watching delayed online games on poker zone(sky dig 226) you see very few bluff re-raises or even plain bluffs.

Just the other night right on the bubble of an stt i have K9 on a 9 high flop and a guy bets half his stack. I re-raise him and then i look at my hand and back to the board and im horrified to see im holding K10 not K9!. The guy waits till the time out before folding. Ive got to stop 2 tabling:D

Yes, playing a Live game FT, 5 left board was A2279. I looked down at K2. I reraised all-in for about twice a guys bet on the river. After a huge dilemma he eventually folds. I say good fold and show my K2. Then realise it was actually K3.

    Whoops.

this was in the fitz so it was even worse!

45h limpity limp, board comes with two hearts, guy pushes it wasn't for much more, I have an ok stack so if I miss he can't do too much damage, it's folded around to me

I tell him i have a draw....sit on it for another second or two, then call as i flip the cards over...everyone stares at me and i look toward the board for the turn, (everyone still staring at my hand) so i look back at it, it wasn't 45h at all it was 4h 5d :o

I was playing in the Saturday night tourney in the Fitz about a year ago. One of the regulars (actually, haven't seen him for a while) was at my table. When the showdown came between himself & myself I showed my two-pair & waited anxiously for his hand.

He triumphantly declares "Trip Nines", and turns over his hand.

Once we'd stopped p*ssing ourselves laughing we pointed out that one of his nines was a six....

Remember in a home game by the river I had put the other guy all in. Hes been thinking about 2 minutes before he finally shouts out 'oh my god I thought I had different cards' and announces to everyone that he actually has a straight..he can't believe it! He pushes all his chips into the middle and is laughing like a maniac.
Thats when I decide to flip over my nut flush.
hehe..kind of felt bad for him as I pulled the chips across the table.
