Corn on the cobs! 3 mins in the microwave, a little bit of butter and salt and pepper and your good to go! Or eat. About 5 of them.

if it's your fridge we're talking about here Asok
then it's probably that mouldy cheese stuck in the back corner, probably best on the soft, out of date crackers in your press

I like to make toasted cheese sandwiches in the microwave....

Who needs to take up valuable space with a sandwich toaster? Not me!

    How does that work?

You toast the bread first i assume.. apply the cheese and zap for it for about 20 - 30 seconds to melt the cheese?

Love Melted Cheese Toasties but ain't got the patient to make 'em!

a guy i used to work with used to make toasted cheese sandwiches in the frying pan, no oil, just make your normal cheese sandwich and fry both sides until golden brown.

cant believe i used my 1000 post on that.

Their tasty but the bread can go kinda soggy in the Microwave. Pop tarts are good for a quick snack.

Yep that's the ticket... Got to be sure to toast the bread first... that's important.. as bread just goes warm and soggy in the microwave.

It's super quick to use the microwave and you don't have to scrape cheese off with a knife afterwards either.

A few dabs of worcestershire sauce on the cheese beforehand works out nicely too.

Tesco's Chicken in Blackbean Sauce. Haven't had it in ages though. My typical 4am munchies are cheese toasties...

mccain micro chips afterwards, throw em on on plate, fire on some tesco garlic and parsley mayonainse (sounds disgusting but tastes more like chipper garlic mayo than anything else) lash on some grated cheese YEAH

    yummy !!!!!!!!!!!

(Tesco Chicken Curry aint bad either)

I do the same, best is a bit of mayo on the OUTSIDE, it goes golden brown and is a bit like french toast since mayo is mainly egg & veg oil.

I toast bread and then just microwave a hunk of cheese, it is then prefectly spreadable on the hot toast, saves cutting thin slices too. I would never put bread in the microwave.
