What do you mean "accept". It should go in (check the transaction history),AFAIK. Otherwise, are you looking for the "Withdraw" function?

You need a premium or business account to accept money. Then goto Withdraw money in the top tabs and enter your bank account details. There's a charger for withdrawing, iirc it's €1 .. but paypal should remind you

I just keep mine in balance since I spend more than I receive. This way you are not stung as much for charges and poor exchange rates.
