Its either a scam or a hoax email.

I'm leaning twoards scam becuase its asking you to click a link and enter details.

Ask yourself:
Why would they email you out of the blue like this?

Do they even have your email address?

Why havn't you heard about this in the news?

Got sent that by facilities here at lovely work with the intructions not to respond.
