Rational Rose Installation Problem

    Im trying to install Rational Rose Enterprise Edition on a Win XP Home Edition System and it keeps saying that its not a supported OS! Any help whould be appreiated!

    Thats because it's not. Rose will only install on Win2K Pro and XP Pro. Sorry boss....

    how much is the xp pro upgrade for a xp HE OS system?

    You could enquire whether your college could get the upgrade for you (Cheaper).

    Do you really need Rational Rose?
    There are OSS alternatives (Which, in my experience have proven to be much better than Rational Rose.)

    i had the same problem. but tbh rose is a pile of crap anyway so use some other slightly more free version from the interweb and you're laughing (though i've had problems with doing use cases etc. at home and having them not work on rose in college)
