... but my "Gemihen fan consent" guit arrived yesterday (pix coming soonest!) from Ishibashi and there was no mention of V*T or D*TY. :eek: Have I been lucky? Or should I expect the bad news in the post whenever one of my beloved civil servants gets around to it?

Depending on who delivered it, there's a chance that you could get a letter in the post. I recently ordered a few bits and pieces from America and it was delivered by UPS. Didn't ask for any cash on delivery, but two weeks later I got a letter asking for the money :rolleyes:

When I got my 62 Jazz fretless from them it was delivered by SDS and there was no mention of customs or vat until about a month and a half later when they called me up saying "our driver forgot to collect the vat, he'll be around tomorrow..."

I dunno i ordered a randall Amp from music 123 around 2 years ago and i didnt get stung at all, lucky me i guess.To this day people i know still ask me how did you get out of it.
