Guys i have a site all set up in a folder. Is there a free hosting service that will just upload the site as is without bloody uploading each file at a time?

All you need is an FTP program i recommend Core FTP http://www.coreftp.com/ which will allow you to simply drag and drop your website files into your hosting folder.

Try freehost.ie for hosting.
