Yeah degsy he's not that good. You must not have seen the westside submission tourney video of him. So go look at it, come back and tell us how you have and that being one of the best submission fighters in the world makes him "not that good".

Also as you can see every now and then he has very solid stand-up. You rarely see it which is a shame but when you get a glimpse it realy is very good. He has one of the best MMA ground games and one of the best shoots.

He is an ambassador to the sport and for humanity.

Okay,i bow to your greater experience,no doubt he's a fearsome sub fighter but i cant stand the posturing and nobbing about,its a pet hate of mine..

To be honest, i wouldn't call it either, it's simply a desire to entertain and please his fans, something maybe a few more Pro Fighters could learn from in a sport that is starting to become more about attitude than maybe i would like to see.

Besides , if it throws off his opponent at all then it is a weapon he is entitled to use, yes no?

I know, sometimes I wish he'd just get down to business stand-up wise. However in the k-1 GP prelims he cleaned up. You should check them out!
