Having decided that Lumapix-FotoFusion was just about worth $300 I went to pay by credit card (via RegSoft) only to find that the actual price was $363 because of the VAT.

Dismayed at this increase, I chanced my arm and put in Iceland as my country ..... and it worked. I was only charged $300. I used my regular Irish address, phone number and email address and the cc transaction went through normally.

There is only one letter difference between Ireland & Iceland so it easily be put down as an honest mistake.
