Irish Channels and BBC 1 not working

I had Sky+ installed yesterday, and since then I can't view the above. All the other channels are fine. I rang Sky last night and they said that they would send the freeview channels to me again or something like that. Girl on the phone said it may take upto 4 hours. That was last night and I still can't view the channels.…

Yes. all the time on new cards. it will either fix itself or you get a new card.
