If you want something good, then have a look at the the tech21 sansamp and the Sadowsky Preamp/DI. I don't understand why you'd spend money on a basic DI since every engineer in every studio and venue will have one ready for you anyway and most decent bass amps will come with a balanced line out too. If you want somethgin really good, which also allows you to shape your tone the way you want it, I've yet to see anything negative said about the Sadowsky. Ebay for both.

Get the sansamp.Great DI but also great tone shaping and overdrive possibilities.I'll sell you mine for 150!!!

I was gonna say.....every bass amp, head or combo, that I've ever bought had a DI out on it.

What are you using for a bass amp? Is it possibly time to upgrade?

    - Can't both happen at once, unfortunately. You'd be better of using the DI out of any reasonable bass amp than anything you'll get for €100, imo.

The Sansamps are good but I think even a second hand one would set you back more than €100. Tbh, I've recorded a couple and I thought they were a bit noisy.
