a proper live event with decent chip stacks, blind levels etc.

the above quote got me thinking... would there be much call (amongst students and ntlbell) in playing a a €10 (+€2) FreezeOut on Friday 3rd March in DIT Aungier St.
6k starting chips so plenty of time and no excuses.
This is a thought i had about three mins ago and just wondering if people like the idea, or if they have suggestions?

Start at maybe 1pm and finish about 7pm?
    i'd say we'd get 3 tables, about 250. first 150, 2nd 70, 3rd 30. or something like that??

    Why am I being involved?

I dunno 10e seems a bit out of my budget!

    EDIT:

Actually I will play it, if Doc Farrell will! ;)

Being offered a free tenner buyin by a student is the second lowest thing that could happen to you, the lowest would be to accept. Resist the urge, go out there and show them your wad of cash (at least 65 euro :p ) and splash out on that tenner entry. That'll show them who the boss is. :D

You don't need a wad cash to impress them, taking a smoke out of a box instead of a bag is enough :D

    Viva la students!!

i must stress this, that we will take 10 euro in any denomination, but the prefered method is in ten single euro coins, as it looks much more than one note!!
