A Poker School/Home Game

Been thinking about this for a while.

I'd like to develop some aspects of my game, especially cash play.

Anyone interesting in taking part in a 6 week home game type circuit (6 people), maybe meet up once a week, each to take their turn in hosting a night.

I'd like it to remain a friendly game, so the stakes wouldn't be that high, but it would be great if the standard was as high as could be.
I suppose I'm asking if there are any like minded players who may be in the same boat, or who have similar thoughts?
A 'mentor' or cash game expert willing to part with some of their knowledge (whilst taking my money=training fee) would be a welcome addition.

No harm in asking the question anyway.

I'd be interested in this but would not be available on Wednesday or Thursday nights.

would it work to have some hand discussions, like we would here on boards, after certain critical or interesting hands? Making the focus of the night on expanding knowledge directly and not as much on results? might make for a slow night but could be very valuable.

This smacks of poor game selection for me, but I'll upgrade my perhaps to a yes - interested.

Hey! My girlfriend is off to Germany for six months... poker was inevitably going to be the substitute.

On the one hand I'd love to play, on the other I could just give you my money and get the hand histories....:o

We could sell the television rights and invite one of those guys like Daniel-whats-his-name over. Or that Ivey guy. They're meant to be good aren't they?

Sounds interesting but I wouldn't be able to commit to many dates in advance...could I just stop by when available and take notes? :)
