    Hi

Just wondering if anyone could recommend me any good online sites to learn to play better, not for money ,just for fun until i feel confident enough to deposit money for a proper gamble .
Been to many of the online bookmakers, few have a good option for beginners to practice .
Or either a CD game which i could buy/download and play on my own time, not connected online etc

    cheers

All poker software has play money tables. Download them, install, create an acocunt and play away. You do not have to give and CC details to set up an acocunt, and you do not have to deposit any money until you wish to play on tables that require it.

Play money games will give you an idea of how online poker is played, but don't expect it to be played sensibly.

They play like lunatics on the play tables so its usually not the best place to improve your game.

I did spend a couple of hours there (until I was comfortable)before moving on to microlimits.

    Good luck
