    I was going to say the first pic is really good, then I spotted that black shadow? Is that intentional? In fact is the scupture 'photoshopped?' It looks sort of unattachted to the landscape.

    Your monitor is probably set quite bright if you can distinguish the dark area, I had to burn over a couple of parked cars, I should probably go back and do a better job for those that may have brighter monitors actually. As for the statue thats not been touched at all.

    I'm using a laptop screen, they make things look a lot different. Are you talking about the big black bit in front of the statue? It's really obvious on my screen:(

    I've seen some of your photos on the site, and you are a good photographer. However what is the black area in front of the statue?

    Thanks, as I've said above I made a sh*te of trying to remove a couple of parked cars from the pic, that whoel area of the pic is rather dark on my monitor so I can't really see the problem but many others seem to be, so I'll have to sort out a new version.

    I can;t see the black bit everyones on about, crappy college monitors. Just looks good to me. I like the other one too!

    I re-edited the photo, and cloned out the cars instead of trying to burn them out and I think the end result is better allround, thanks to everyone for the feedback!
