Ebay problem

    i bought something on ebay a while ago(first purchase there)
    and it falsly stated what it sold me so i gave him a negative comment then he gave me one saying some bull**** that i had contacted him about it by email to sort it when i hadnt...

    anyway now i cant buy anything cause this feck has given me a negative score
    how can i sort this...

    (and prob the way ebay staff will deal with it is).. contact the seller and agree to mutually retract both sets of negative feedback. Happened me b4 and that was the only option

    your first step in any problems with an ebay seller should be to email them, they may be more than happy to help, dishing out negative feedback without actually trying to resolve the situation first is only going to p!ss people off.
