Registered but didn't recieve confirmation e-mail..

    .. but a mate of mine registered and never recieved a confirmation e-mail.

    He registered under the username sailorfoley.

    Check that the mail wasn't blocked by a spam filter, or his mailbox isn't full or something. The ISP in question I know has a paid spam filtering service, its likely the mail could have been caught by that.

    He signed up a few months ago so is there any chance of re-sending the confirmation e-mail?

    There is a theory though that if you use the "Forgotten Password" link, it's as good as.

    Tried forgotten password method and didn't work!

    It re-sent him an e-mail with a new password, he could log in and change it but still couldn't post.

    Obviously he needs to be confirmed before he can actually post.

    PM'd Cloud anyways.
