    Hi all,
I installed openSUSE 10 yesterday on my laptop and everything is running grand. I decided to access my 180Gb (only about 3Gb of data on it) external hard drive (FAT32) and thats when the problem started. SUSE crawled reading the hard drive and loading thumbs of some photos. Any idea why this is?

    Laptop Specs
    Patriot 3005
    1.2Ghz
    256Mb RAM (1Gb SWAP)
    Dual boot: winXP Home
    openSUSE 10
