Kuala Lumpur Airport and €uro?

    Does anyone know if they accept €uro in KL airport for just the basic stuff (cafe's, shopping etc) or do I nned to get some Malaysian Ringgit's? It's just a transfer stopover so I won't be needing a huge amount of cash. I'll have my Visa with me in case, but for small things like a sandwich or something I don't want to be using the card. I had a quick look at the airport website but couldn't find any info.

    Had a stopover there on the way to australia, they accepted australian dollars but not euro. That was a few years ago so things might have changed.

    Cheers solice, I'm on a stopover to Sydney as well so I'll have some AUS$ with me so that'll do nicely!
