    Well SIPTU own it so they'd be the best people to ask. My dad's done plumbing work in it so thats how I got up, not sure if they ordinarily let peope.

    Ring them and ask, i'm sure they could sort something out. There's also the Gravity Bar in the Guiness Storehouse and the Smithfield Stack but you have to pay for both.

    Made a run for the top via the stairs when i was younger, only got to the 4th floor before being turfed out :rolleyes:
