Would it be possible to ring landlines using it or is it just PC to PC? Would it work with www.voipstunt.com

You could buy credit on skype and use this to phone landlines.

I use it on voipbuster & voipstunt - free calls to landlines in us and uk - spoke to bro in us for 37mins on friday for free.
