Folder Question

Maybe this is a simple question but i'm a little stuck -

I want to e-mail a spreadsheet of my albums in "My music" folder to a friend (and have as a reference too I guess) but theres too much in the folder to do it manually, is there any program or something that can read all the folders and sub-folders from a selected location and input them into some form of document ? Thanks.

Apologies if this is the wrong forum but I couldnt think of anywhere else appropriate.

I have never heard of a program that will do this

I done a google for it, and I got something that seemed to do what you want afaik

You can only download a 30-day trial though, but if you only need this program once then that should be fine, otherwise you will have to purchase this or find other free software that will do the same job
