    throttling bandwidth

    Is there any router DSL modem which enables bandwidth throttling per Ethernet / wireless port?
    I want to restrict one user to 56 up / down

    You can get software to do it..

    try www.tucows.com and under IT/IS or network... its there anyway and there are a load of differnet programs to choose from..
