    hi....

    right so theres this person who has been goin around different sites in tralee saying different things and everybodies kinda pissed off so basically its set off this widespread mystery of who it is... so now the person has made a myspace account and i was wondering if you can track down an IP o rsomething through it... there has to be a way

    does anyone know how? i know this thread is really stupid but were all just goin crazy like

    please help

    As far as I know you cannot get someones IP from a mySpace accout. But if the said person is posting stuff on Tralee forums, you can get the IP address from the forum

    I am a mod of the Dundalk forum (www.dundalkonline.net), and there is a small IP button beside every post in the forums that I am the mod of, and if you press on it, it will show you the IP and other users that have posted from the same IP. I'd say if he is posting in a forum, give a mod or an admin a shout and he/she might be able to sort you out

    Then with this IP address, you can just use an IP tracer to trace the IP to a location. As far as I know there is a link for an IP tracer in the Essential Free Software Sticky at the top of this forum
