Just cover your floor. Leave it at that. There should be no complaints from your floor, you will be fine.

you can,t go telling tales as you are right you may have to continue working with them, but let them catch them selves out ie if you know they are planning the night off, phone in sick to work and let the boss find them gone,or else let them start answering the calls and if they ask for your help tell them you are too busy,or if your at work get a friend to phone you and say you have to go in the middle of the night as a relation is dying, and if the two goons are gone, you will have to phone your boss to explain you have to go and these langers can not be mad at you then if they are human and you explain cancer is gripping a close relation!!! cruel but it must be done and best of luck with it!! teach them a leason ,they will never forget!

If say someone went in while these "people" where meant to be working and broke a few computers on their floors, would that help?Imagine the face on your boss as he enters to see your floor spotless and the other two floors wreaked!! I was in a situation like this before myself and after awhile if you do say anything to them, they get mad at you, crazy eh??they are getting used to good ol' you! what horrible "people".

Some night, when the other two are not there, telephone your boss and say that you are feeling very unwell and will have to go off sick. When he suggests that the other two can cover for you, tell him you can't seem to find them. Then it's up to him to sort it out.

the boss doesnt give a sh1t tbh, considering he wouldnt sack one of them for getting so locked in work that he got thrown out of the building by the security while he was working!

my boss turns his phone off so there is no contact. ive only met the guy twice in 4 years

Sounds like a very weird situation. I am in a situation where I regularly have to 'cover' for others (in pub or playing golf) but these colleagues are usually supervising me ( and they say you lead from the top!!) and in a few years time they may be deciding my future. I'm under a bit of pressure to do it but in your situation you have nothing to lose. Just do your own job and leave the rest to fall apart if necessary.

If your boss doesn't give a sh*t. Why should you. Just do your own job and let the other floors look after themselves.
