No, as far as I know its only for Linux

All of them things that say they are fo Windows XP are, as Wickla in Blaa said, spyware

Most of these spyware things are "clocks", you can get alot of them that just fill your computer with junk

Not all programs are full of spyware, companies like yahoo do not need to use spyware to make money. I highly recommend widgets, they are a lot of older dektop calendars/weather info out there that are complete ****e and take up a huge amount of processor power and RAM, but this isn't one of them.

No, Yahoo would be alright (that post wasn't up when I started writing mine).
Just what I'm saying is be careful when getting widgets, unless they are from a website you trust (like Yahoo)

It looks good, but where does it get time and date? Most of these things use your PC settings, thus displaying wrong when your PC is wrong.

Yep, it gets the time and date from the pc. But why would you have your pc time or date wrong? I can't remember the last time I had to change any time settings on my pc and the time is fine.

    Download Rainlender.

Its simple, effective, skinable, transparency-able(!) and free - and no spyware etc etc.

Has memos, reminders and alarms. Beautiful little ap, been around a good while now. Highly recommend it.

See here, download at the bottom of page, "Rainlendar-0.22.1.exe":

I had these installed before on windows xp. There was a little widget type thing which had weather forecast for next 5days and current weather/temp. Quite a handy but ate a lot of ram too. Cant remember the name offhand but i have it home so I'll let you know later

    Edit: What Art said ^^^
