It tells you if you have any new private messages or if any of your subbed threads have been replied to

I just installed it today... and it is good

then it does what timbuk2 says above

I'm in work at the mo' (so have to use IE so i can't see the link, but presume the main page/portal would be a good place to check for where to download it)
