    Hi just got my 360 yesterday and been having a great time since. I do have one problem which I was hoping someone could help me with if they've already dealt with it. when I hook up my xbox to my broadband connection I can't access xbox live using the free 30 day gold membership. I keep being told that my console needs an updated. When I select to have the update applied it keeps coming up Update failure. any help would be appreicated
