Lost my subscriber priviliges

I ordered a 3 month subscription on December 14th last, which expired yesterday. I renewed my subscription on February 7th for one year. But now I've lost my priviliges. The Paid Subscriptions still lists a one year subscription (until 07-02-2007) but I can't change avatar or usergroup. I can't access S&S either. I can…
