    Just to make a "formal" announcement of the winners of The Boards.ie News/Media Awards 2005;
    All categories, nominee's and winners/runners up can be viewed on the dedicated biki page; you can also find links back to the nominations thread and the voting threads which have now been unstuck.

    A big thank you to those of you who voted; while the highest number of votes cast was a small 27 (for Best Newspaper) it was still a nice little experiement which had some interesting results. I'm certain another "ceremony" will take place in late 2006/early 2007, and I hope it will be bigger and better than this one; I might even pester the admins for a dedicated forum :D.
    Again, thanks to those who voted, congratulations to the winners and see you all again next time!
