My wife and I are considering getting au pairs or nannies to mind our children. Can anyone recommend a good Irish website for finding suiteable minders?

Yeah, the wages are normally ****, but they CHOOSE to take these jobs, so I don't see a problem with it...

Make no mistake. We're looking at an au pair that has a rate way above minimum wage. If she does the work, I'd be happy to pay that and more.
