Ouranos is I think Greek for latin Uranus (Husband of Gaia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouranos ).

I can find nothing on these elusive people. There was talk of Eutesat buying Aramiska, just before it collapsed. Perhas they discovered how much Aramiska owed Belgacom, the satellite operator actually renting the transponder(s) was owed. Belgacom when I looked would only admit that they are owed.
