Other strawberrynet users - help!

I'm sure some users of this forum have used strawberrynet - has this ever happened to you?

Bascially customs has decided to hold on to my precious makeup and I have to go through a whole bureaucratic nightmare to get it back (I don't mind paying taxes but this is very inconvenient - I have to snail mail them twice, wait for a reply and send them a cheque before I get my stuff!)

If I don't respond within a set time, they send the parcel back to sender. I was thinking of letting them do this because it's much easier for me now to buy make-up in town but I wonder would strawberrynet refund me or would my parcel just "disappear"?

    Has anyone tried this?

    Thanks for your help!

And keep this in mind future users of that site - it's not as convenient as it might seem!

Have heard of this happening recently and if you pay the duties and send on a copy of the bill to strawberrynet they will refund you.
