I'm about to run my first (green) market day this weekend -- Wicklow Ethical Market - any suggestions (other than this posting!) about how to spread the word and reach people, especially locals, who aren't already environmentally aware. At the moment there are posters up in the local shops.

Also if anyone has experience managing a market, I'd appreciate any tips on what I should be focusing on, on the day itself. As it is, I am planning to run a stall, but maybe I need to free myself up to deal with things as they come up?
