Cooking ribs

    Can anyone tell me how to cook spare ribs. The kind you usually see served with cabbage!! I think you can boil them, but for how long? Or is there another way? (and barbequing is not an option) Just trying to find other 'interesting' dinners at home!

    It depends on the side, I generally simmer them for 45 minutes depending on the size of the rack. You can then glaze them with mustard & brown sugar and finish them in the oven. YUM!

    i think that's what the parents call bodice, ask em nicely in the butchers (this aint the sorta thing youll find in the supermarket) how to cook it, butchers love to talk

    Yes... don't mess with a classic method of cooking ribs...:)

    Great after a feed of beer!
