Hey, I have a toshiba laptop and I THINK i have bluetooth on it. How do I turn it on so that I can send files to my phone.

RTFM and check whether it has bluetooth.
Then, if it does: state your operating system (and service pack)

Read the manual (RTFM) honestly pointless post again here asking how to turn on teh bluetooth on a computer on a mobile forum :rolleyes:
