    Just had a call from them to say that they would have an engineer in the area on Saturday and if I want they'll call in and 'optimise' my connection as I seem to have been getting poor speeds in recent months. I should have kept my mouth shut and let the engineer arrive (just to see how he would optimise my BT line) but I felt it only right to inform him that I'm no longer one of their customers and haven't been since last November. :confused:
